“全球治理的中國方案”叢書（中、英文版），全面、深入地向國際社會闡釋中國的全球治理觀，展現(xiàn)中國作為一個負責任的大國，積極參與全球治理，努力為全球治理貢獻中國主張、中國智慧、中國方案，并以踏實穩(wěn)健的步伐，推動構(gòu)建合作共贏、公正合理的全球治理體系和治理機制。中國從“接入”互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的*天起，就成為推進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)全球普及與應(yīng)用、積極參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間國際治理的重要力量，其中不僅有理念的輸出，更有實踐的推進，二者相輔相承，共同構(gòu)成中國參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間國際治理的路線圖。尤其是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與應(yīng)用“雙刃劍”作用的日益顯現(xiàn)，當前網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間治理在追求“發(fā)展”與“安全”的平衡過程中，不得不將治理重心更多地向網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全治理傾斜。在此過程中，中國全方位、多渠道地參與了相關(guān)治理進程，與國際社會各方一道共同探索有效治理的路徑與方案，共同致力于“和平、安全、開放、合作、有序”的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間建設(shè)。In China and Cybersecurity, the authors summarize China’s efforts to work with other countries in promoting the reform of the international cyberspace governance system with a view to establishing a safe, open, and cooperative cyberspace, and building a multilateral, democratic, and transparent framework for global Internet management. The book also covers China’s involvement in the formulation of related international regulations, hosting the World Internet Conference, and raising the awareness of cybersecurity among Chinese netizens.
“全球治理的中國方案”叢書圍繞“治理”“和平”“發(fā)展”三個*重要的主題，采取“3 7”的模式，共分為十分冊。前三分冊作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，圍繞三大核心主題，綜述中國完善全球治理體系的理念與實踐，介紹中國參與全球治理的戰(zhàn)略框架；其余七分冊，按照當前全球治理的七大互動領(lǐng)域，包括金融安全、能源安全、氣候治理、國際發(fā)展援助、人權(quán)保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全治理、國際反恐合作等，分別詮釋全球治理具體領(lǐng)域的中國方案。On several occasions since 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of China’sactive participation in the international efforts to reform the system of global governance. Writtenby a group of prominent Chinese scholars and officials, the China and Global Governance Seriesaims to present the international readers with China’s approach to global governance and theChinese wisdom behind it. In the ten titles forming this series, the authors elaborate on China’sperspectives on global governance, peace, and development, as well as seven other importantaspects of global governance—financial security, energy security, climate change management,foreign aid, cybersecurity, human rights protection, and anti-terrorism.
